TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER / WORK PLANNER (FULLTIME)

YOUR WORK

As TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER / WORK PLANNER (FULL TIME) you will be working on cool and challenging retail and catering projects. Together with the project consultant your responsibilities will include preparing budgets. You will request tenders from the subcontractors involved, check the drawings and translate these into the final quotation. So you can organize well, and besides your solution-oriented approach, structured work is one of your most important core qualities. You come up with your own ideas and initiatives to optimize and improve work processes and methods.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCES

  • MBO+/HBO education in engineering / construction / interior or sufficient demonstrable practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Autocad and/or other technical drawing programs
  • Excellent speaking and writing in Dutch
  • It is necessary to write your resume and motivation letter in Dutch as this will be the main language spoken.
  • Good knowledge of English language, knowledge of the German or French language is a clear advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Good knowledge of Office, MAC and project management software

YOUR WORK

As PROJECT MANAGER TURNKEY/HORECA INTERIORS you will work on cool and challenging retail and catering projects. Together with the indoor technical staff you are responsible for managing the entire project from A to Z. You are also responsible for managing the various construction teams on location. You keep the helicopter view during the entire progress of the project but also afterwards. You are a good listener and organizer and besides your solution-oriented approach, structured work is one of your most important core qualities. You come up with your own ideas and initiatives to optimize and improve work processes and methods.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCES

  • MBO+/HBO education/thought level towards interior/engineering/construction or sufficient demonstrable practical experience
