YOUR WORK
As TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER / WORK PLANNER (FULL TIME) you will be working on cool and challenging retail and catering projects. Together with the project consultant your responsibilities will include preparing budgets. You will request tenders from the subcontractors involved, check the drawings and translate these into the final quotation. So you can organize well, and besides your solution-oriented approach, structured work is one of your most important core qualities. You come up with your own ideas and initiatives to optimize and improve work processes and methods.

YOUR WORK
As PROJECT MANAGER TURNKEY/HORECA INTERIORS you will work on cool and challenging retail and catering projects. Together with the indoor technical staff you are responsible for managing the entire project from A to Z. You are also responsible for managing the various construction teams on location. You keep the helicopter view during the entire progress of the project but also afterwards. You are a good listener and organizer and besides your solution-oriented approach, structured work is one of your most important core qualities. You come up with your own ideas and initiatives to optimize and improve work processes and methods.
